10 Day Return Policy
Product may be returned for a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. Product must be in like new condition in the original carton with all original packaging, warranties, instructions, and accessories and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All returned items must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning to Dream Catcher Cameras. Any return sent to Dream Catcher Cameras without a RMA number issued by DCC will be refused and returned to Buyer. There is a 15% re-stocking fee that will apply to all authorized returns. Return freight must be prepaid. No C.O.D returns can be accepted. DCC may refuse a refund or exchange or assess a charge for used or incomplete merchandise returned or exchanged. Items showing use or abuse will be returned. Returns or exchanges will not be made for items marked "as is" or "clearance." Refunds will be made by the same method as used to purchase the item. A DCC check will be issued instead of cash for refunds of purchases made with cash. Refund checks may take up to 14 working days to process. Please email for this information. The Dream Catcher Camera is currently filed with the U.S. Government Trade and Patent Office.
Limited Warranty, Repair or Replacement
DCC offers a limited warranty on all Dream Catcher Camera products against defects in material or workmanship for the one year from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective item if we determine that the returned item is defective. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any item subject to misuse including static discharge, failure by Buyer to follow instructions, product repair, or attempted repair by anyone other than DCC will void this limited warranty.

Under no circumstances should this product be used to promote unsafe and/or reckless behavior, which could result in damage to property or injury to anyone. The purchase and/or use of any DCC products or parts thereof for any purpose always implies and indicates agreement that no liability, direct or indirect, exists with DCC, or any other partner, subsidiary, employee, contractor thereof. All injuries or damages that occur during the use of products sold by DCC, or its partners, dealers, distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, or employees is accepted solely by the party purchasing or using said products. NO exceptions may be made to this disclaimer. Parties using or purchasing said products shall in doing so indemnify and hold harmless DCC, and its officers, partners, dealers, distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all damages.
Cancelled Orders
To cover credit card transaction fees, there will be a $5.00 charge back on your credit card if you place an order and then cancel the order once the credit card has been charged.
